WEBNOXO / LEGAL
Privacy policy.
This page explains what happens when you visit this website or contact Webnoxo. Last updated 3 October 2026.
Who to contact
Webnoxo is a digital studio based in Bulgaria. For privacy questions, requests, or the operator’s full legal and postal details, email hello@webnoxo.com. The operator’s formal identity should be added here before this site is used as a public commercial website.
Enquiries
The contact form on this site prepares an email draft on your device. The website does not receive or store what you type into it. If you send the draft, your name, email address, business details and message are delivered through your email provider and ours. We use that information to respond, prepare a proposal if requested, and manage the resulting correspondence. Do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
The lawful basis for responding to an enquiry is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, or our legitimate interest in handling relevant business correspondence. We keep email conversations only as long as needed for those purposes and any applicable record-keeping duties. Ask us about a specific message or request deletion at the address above.
Website visits and providers
The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and protect this website. The page currently loads fonts from Google Fonts, so the font provider may receive technical request information. This site does not currently run an advertising pixel, marketing analytics script or a website contact submission service.
Cookies
Webnoxo does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies through this site. The hosting service may use strictly necessary technical measures to provide and secure the site. If optional tracking is added, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before it is enabled.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can contact us by email. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes
We will update this page if the website’s data practices or operator details change. The date above shows the latest revision.
